Baptisms Sign Up

Are you ready to be baptized? Baptism is an act of obedience and a public statement about your faith. Acts 2:38 reads, "'Change your life. Turn to God and be baptized, each of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, so your sins are forgiven.'" If you'd like to be baptized in an upcoming service, please fill out the form below. Note that you will need to arrive at church that day by 10am for a brief (15 minute) class.
